Our payment process is simple. Once we receive all your devices, they are tested and a report is generated highlighting the status of each device – along with a value for each old computer and phone.

As soon as this information is agreed with you, we will make payment within 24 hours from of receiving written confirmation that you’re happy with everything. Which is the fastest payment you’ll find in B2B recycling.

Payment options to suit you

We can make payment in a number of ways, so you choose the best option for you, whether that is by invoice, self-bill or bank transfer of cheque. We also give you the option to have the payment made straight into your technology fund account. Self-billing is a great option as it allows us to raise an invoice on your behalf – giving you one less thing to do. Find out more about self-billing here.

If you are looking to raise funds for charity then we can also full or partial payment to the charity (or charities) of your choice.

Reverse VAT charge

If the total value of your old equipment is over £5000, you’ll be eligible for reverse VAT. This means it’s our responsibility to account to HMRC for the VAT, reducing your admin time even further and making the process altogether easier.
